Stu is a solid real estate professional and a pleasure to work with. Living in SoCal and leasing our condo in Ft. Lauderdale could be challenging; but Stu made the process easy. He in a very timely manner provided market data, a recommended rate, had photos taken, vetted potential tenants, directly interfaced with our departing tenant and some contractors for a few minor repairs. He personally drove the painter to his home each evening, because the painter had no transportation. Stu easily communicates by email, text and phone. There are no surprises working with Stu.

Lorenzo was incredible. I had reached out to 3 other realtors, and they sent me a couple of places. They never followed up. Lorenza not only reached out and for me a place. He also helped me set up account’s because my computer is down. He also went over to the office to help me with an issue with my A/C. The property wasn’t responding to the A/C being broken for 5 days. Lorenzo went over and spoke to the property manager, and got it handled that day. He’s extremely positive and so much fun.
